The Vehicle Mounted Suction Machine is a heavy-duty waste management vehicle designed for robust suction operations. Mounted on a Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV), this machine boasts a high-capacity sludge tank capable of storing significant volumes of waste material. This is an advanced technology system having blow-back for cleaning manhole chambers, cesspit, cesspool etc. This Machine is capable of creating very high degree of air pressure which breaks the silt sedimentation that gets accumulated at the bottom of the manhole, cesspit, cesspool etc.. It is equipped with major imported components including its unique heavy duty Vacuum Pump. It is capable of sucking particles upto 50mm dia along with sludge from a distance of 100 feet and depth upto 25 feet.
The tank can be tilted at a specified angle and the hinged type rear door can be opened and closed hydraulically to drain out the collected liquid waste or silt. Proper safety measures and instruments has been taken which ensure the equipment operates with safety avoid chances of occurrences of accident.
